The process of withdrawing winnings from an online casino is a multi-step protocol that relies on the player's status, the chosen payment method, and the specific policies of the casino itself.

Here is how it works in practice as of 2026:

KYC (Know Your Customer) [[https://bundesland24.de/bundesligavergleich-welche-teams-ueberzeugen-durch-stabile-saisonleistung/|savaspin deutschland]]

This is the primary obstacle for newcomers. Not a single licensed casino will process a payout until it has confirmed that you are a real person over the age of 18.

Required documents: A photo of your passport (sometimes a selfie holding the document), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank extract), and a picture of your bank card.
Purpose: This is a regulatory requirement (to combat money laundering) and a measure to stop fraud. If you hit a big win, the casino must ensure that the funds are being sent to the legitimate account holder, rather than a hacker.
When it takes place: You are typically asked to complete verification either immediately after registration or at the time of your first withdrawal request. Until this process is finished, the "Cashout" button may remain disabled.

Withdrawal Request

Once your account has been verified, the process proceeds as follows:

Accessing the "Cashier": The player presses the "Withdraw" button.
Choosing a system: Casinos generally require that funds be withdrawn using the same method that was used for the deposit. This is known as the "closed-loop" rule (part of Anti-Money Laundering protocols). For example, if you credited 1,000 rubles via a "Mir card", the first 1,000 rubles of your winnings must be returned to that same card. Any amount exceeding that can then be withdrawn to a separate payment account.
Entering the sum: The specified amount must be within the casino's set limits (for example, between 500 and 500,000 rubles per transaction).

Finance Department Review

Once you click "Withdrawal," your request is sent to the finance department.

Manual check: High-value cashouts (typically 50k-100k rubles or more) are manually reviewed by a security officer. They audit your gaming history to verify you haven't violated any rules (such as "bonus hunting" or utilizing prohibited software).
Source of Funds/Wagering Check: If you put in 100 rubles, wagered it only once, and scored 100,000, the casino may reject the withdrawal, referring to that the funds were not wagered properly (e.g., "bonus laundering"). Casinos typically require that you "turn over" (wager) your deposit amount no less than 1–3 times.
Confirmation: If all checks pass, the request is marked as "Accepted."

Conclusion: Casinos typically process payouts quickly (in under 60 minutes) on the condition that the player has completed the verification process and met deposit wagering requirements. If your information is not already in the system, the process may last several days due to security checks.
