The procedure of withdrawing winnings from an online casino is a multi-stage procedure that depends on the user's profile, the chosen payment method, and the specific policies of the casino itself.

Here is how it works in practice as of 2026:

KYC (Know Your Customer) [[https://www.italiaatavola.net/attualita-mercato/2026/10/27/slot-machine-trucchi-strategie-per-vincere-scoprire-slot-che-pagano-di-piu/115272/|Coolzino Casino]]

This is the main hurdle for newcomers. Not a single licensed casino will process a payout until it has verified that you are a real person over the age of 18.

What is required: A scan of your passport (occasionally a selfie holding the document), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and a picture of your bank card.
Why it is necessary: This is a compliance rule (to combat money laundering) and a measure to prevent fraud. If you win a large sum, the casino must ensure that the funds are being sent to the actual account holder, rather than a hacker.
Timing: You are usually asked to complete verification either right upon signup or at the time of your first withdrawal request. Until this process is complete, the "Withdraw" button may stay disabled.

Cashier Operation

Once your account has been confirmed, the process proceeds as follows:

Entering the cashier: The player clicks the "Withdraw" button.
Choosing a system: Casinos generally require that funds be withdrawn via the same channel that was used for the deposit. This is called the "return-to-source" rule (part of Anti-Money Laundering protocols). For example, if you credited 1,000 rubles using a "Mir card", the first 1,000 rubles of your winnings must be returned to that same card. The remaining balance can then be paid out to a separate payment account.
Specifying the amount: The requested amount must fall within the casino's set limits (for example, between 500 and 500,000 rubles per transaction).

Financial Processing

Once you click "Withdraw," your request is forwarded to the finance department.

Manual check: Large withdrawal amounts (typically 50,000–100,000 rubles or more) are manually reviewed by a safety specialist. They audit your betting log to verify you haven't broken any rules (such as "bonus hunting" or using prohibited software).
Turnover check: If you deposited 100 rubles, wagered it just once, and scored 100,000, the casino may reject the withdrawal, referring to that the funds were not used for their intended purpose (e.g., "cleaning bonus"). Casinos typically require that you "wager" (wager) your deposit amount no less than 1–3 times.
Approval: If all checks pass, the request is marked as "Accepted."

Conclusion: Casinos typically process payouts fast (within an hour) on the condition that the player has passed KYC and met deposit wagering requirements. If your information is not already in the system, the process may last several days due to security checks.
