The process of withdrawing winnings from an online casino is a multi-step procedure that depends on the player's status, the selected payment method, and the specific policies of the casino itself.

Here is how it works in practice as of 2026:

KYC (Know Your Customer) [[https://redditchstandard.co.uk/lifestyle/safe-and-legitimate-online-casinos-what-to-look-out-for/|spingranny casino]]

This is the main obstacle for newcomers. No legitimate casino will execute a withdrawal until it has verified that you are a real person over the age of 18.

What is required: A scan of your passport (occasionally a photo with ID in hand), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and a photo of your bank card.
Purpose: This is a compliance rule (to combat money laundering) and a measure to prevent fraud. If you hit a big win, the casino must ensure that the funds are being sent to the legitimate account holder, instead of a hacker.
When it takes place: You are usually asked to complete verification either right upon signup or during your first withdrawal request. Until this process is complete, the "Cashout" button may stay inactive.

Withdrawal Request

Once your account has been confirmed, the process proceeds as follows:

Entering the cashier: The player clicks the "Withdraw" button.
Choosing a system: Casinos generally require that funds be withdrawn using the same method that was used for the deposit. This is called the "return-to-source" rule (part of AML protocols). For example, if you credited 1,000 rubles using a "Mir card", the first 1,000 rubles of your winnings must be sent back to that same card. The remaining balance can then be paid out to a separate payment account.
Entering the sum: The requested amount must be within the casino's established limits (for example, from 500 and 500,000 rubles per transaction).

Finance Department Review

Once you click "Withdraw," your request is sent to the financial unit.

Manual Review: Large withdrawal amounts (typically 50k-100k rubles or more) are checked by hand by a security officer. They audit your gaming history to verify you haven't violated any rules (such as "bonus hunting" or utilizing prohibited software).
Turnover check: If you deposited 100 rubles, rolled it just once, and won 100,000, the casino may reject the withdrawal, citing that the funds were not wagered properly (e.g., "bonus laundering"). Casinos typically require that you "wager" (wager) your deposit amount at least 1–3 times.
Approval: If all checks pass, the request is marked as "Accepted."

Summary: Casinos typically process payouts quickly (in under 60 minutes) on the condition that the player has completed the verification process and met deposit wagering requirements. If your information is not already in the system, the process may take several days because of security checks.
